Potty training

My son is 2 years old, (turning 3 in May) He’s currently in daycare and will be transitioning to preschool I am extremely nervous because he is not potty trained and has not shown any interest. Any advice would help😩 his teachers told me to get him a sticker chart but I just don’t know where to begin
