Cramp 😐
Wow today I have had cramp that was really quite painful😐 it lasted about half an hour, it’s now still there just ever so slightly but has changed to like a dull feeling... My af is not due for another 9 days... I don’t suffer cramps usually however that one was strangely like a contraction... Anyone had this??
