what's going on down there?

so a week ago I was having pain on the inner right side of my vaginal wall. I took a mirror and checked myself out but I couldn't find anything that looked wrong... from what I understand it looked ok. 2 days later I'm still in pain then it just went away, went to the bathroom and found blood in my panties. that was the only time I had issues until this morning. hasn't hurt at all but when I wiped there was a good amount of blood. according to my eve app I won't start my period for another week. should I be concerned about the pain I had and the little bit of blood? what's going on down there?
