Feeling down and out

What do you guys think, I’ve completely missed my projected period for this month (all four of my apps coincide), and this morning, i went to check my cm and cp and had just a bit of red blood on the tip of my finger. Towards the end of the day, i have checked a few times, and there’s nothing. Has anyone experienced this before?
