I m 4 days late

Still no sign of period and took two tests and shows negative do I don’t know what to think or do? I been start to feel sick in morning or by anything smells that triggers my tummy sick. I can feel my tummy kinda bloating lower which is strange. Should I just wait it out? Is it too early???
