i fell pregnant at 15 when i was on the pill and it ended in a miscarriage at 8weeks...

i recently just found out i’m pregnant again (i’m 16 now). I’m just terrified that something bad will happen again in this pregnancy😕

Should i phone the doctors asap so arrange midwife appointments and scans etc? As i know you can get an early scan if you have had previous problems in a pregnancy

Just needing some advice from any teen mums or anyone who has became pregnant after a miscarriage.
