Missed Period, BFN

I’m so confused. I know I’m pregnant! I just have this feeling where I just know I’m pregnant. I went to my Drs office and they urine tested me and.. BFN but the sent off blood work that I will get back later... is blood work always accurate? On top of that I’ve missed my period!

I just know for a FACT I’m pregnant! Am I testing to early you think ?
