10 days over my period. I took a pregnancy test in the morning cane negative. And now im bleeding lightly. Brown blood which isnt normal for me. Is it period or implantation bleeding?

Other symptoms include metallic taste in mouth, slight headache, stomach making weird noises and cramping. Lots of saliva productions. Nipples sensitive. Burps tasting like blood. Lots of white/pale yellow sticky mucus. Etc.

Can some one tell me why its coming negative and what the bleeding is?
