apps picked up on ovulation

apps picked up on ovulation on cd 20 but today I did an opk and the test line showed B4 the control line and was really dark I've had some really bad af pains for a few days now but today right dwn in my left side at the bottom of my pelvis just above pubic bone I've had a bad pains it's like a pin poking me and for 3 days have been really shaky like when I had pregnancy virtago ...I'm ment to be 4-5 dpo today and I've had a temp dip aswell so my question is have I ovulated or am I lol here is my ovia chart but it's changed my fertile week xx
