Regimen to Thicken your Lining

Hey ladies! I just wanted to share my regimen that worked for me to thicken my lining. Anytime I try something that works, I love to share with others who may benefit.

Back story:

We’ve been trying since October 2016. We got pregnant once but lost it at 8 weeks, sadly. Since then, we have had trouble getting pregnant again.

I have PCOS and am currently on my first month of Clomid. I went in on my CD 13 scan and while I had good follicles, my uterine lining was only 5mm (NOT good for implantation). My doctor prescribed me Progesterone pills (200mg 2x per day) starting that day and suggested I come back on CD 16 to see if it helped. With my personality, I couldn’t just take medication and hope for the best so I did some research and stocked up on some holistic remedies that are known to help build your lining and prepare your womb for an egg.

Here is what I did from CD 13-16:

-vitamin E pill (400iu) 1x per day

-vitamin B complex gummy 1x per day

-baby aspirin (85mg) 1x per day

-2 cups of Red Raspberry Leaf tea (I don’t even like tea and this was yummy! I just mixed in a tablespoon of local honey)

-2 8oz glasses of POM juice (it is very tart, so I added a little San Pellegrino to offset)

-200mg progesterone 2x per day

-heating pad on my lower abdomen for 30 mins once per day

It’s a lot, but my lining increased from 5mm to 9mm in just THREE days! Hopefully now it is high enough for a trigger shot and we can have a chance this month.
