Opinions this is driving me crazy

So the first time I had sex was like the 15th of november and the last was the 28 of November, since the first time I did I got a weird feeling in my stomach only the left side and it’s still going! Im confused and also I’ve gotten my period after that. Went to doctor and they said I have a small kidney stone but it shouldn’t hurt but I still have the stomachache
