Spit Up.

My daughter spits up every time we feed her. It's more like throw up. I'm trying to get my breast milk back to see if that helps at all. I have nothing coming out, when I pump and she doesn't latch very well.. Just need ideas on how to help.. I don't need judgment either. Just advice, please.
