Testing during TWW-AF due 3/26

How many DPO should I wait before testing? The TWW is driving me nuts and I’ve had cramping for about 1 week now, which I never get before my period. Since Tuesday I’ve woken up with nausea, today being the worst! I just want to help ease my mind, but don’t know if I should wait.
