Any tips on feeling better in general?
I feel terrible. 9 weeks and feeling lethargic, unhealthy, and gross. I don’t know what to eat or do to feel better. Nothing is appetizing so when I do crave something, I eat it, whether it’s a burger or watermelon or crackers. I’m already counting down the days to when I have this baby and can get myself back on track with diet and exercise. Hate feeling like this...
