Luteal phase defect

Hello All. I am 29 and i have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. We tried for 8 cycles to get pregnant with her. It took one miscarriage and 1 round of clomid to conceive her. My luteal phase was typically only 9 days. When i finally got my positive test, i took crinone progesterone suppositories until 12 weeks.

Now we are trying for another. The first month off birth control my luteal phase was only 6 days. This last cycle, my ob put me on 50mg clomid and crinone suppositories after ovulation. I started spotting at 7dpo and continued to spot until starting to bleed heavier yesterday at 11dpo.

Does anyone have any advice? Did anyone else get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy with a short luteal phase? Any suggestions on lengthening my luteal phase? Any info will be helpful. Thanks.
