Dull kidney pain?

My right hand side kidney has been paining for the last 4 days. It’s a really dull pain and I only notice it intermittently throughout the day. I thought maybe kidney stone or UTI but have no other symptoms. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Edit: the day this started was the last day of my period.
