TMIIII- Mons Pubis

I’ve noticed that my mons pubis has been looking fatter lately. But my boyfriend just pointed it out to me as I’m sitting in bed. I have a tank top and my underwear on and he says “Someone’s getting fat, huh.” Then touches it. It doesn’t hurt by any means but now I’m very insecure about it. Would be being 10 days late for af have anything to do with it? Bfn test. It looks swollen without the pain. I also got off birth control in October so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it. Also we found out we had Chlamydia in February and got it treated. (I got tested right before we started dating so we know he gave it to me.) Could that be the cause? Anyone have a clue or have the same problem?
