I've been on the pill for two months and im on my second pack, 2 days into my period. I didn't bleed last month. WTF IS THIS it felt like skin

it's the lining of your uterus. if you missed a period your uterine lining is shedding double.. it stuck to the tampon. don't be alarmed. you're fine. if you sit for too long you can clot too. most happen when you are being sedentary and not so active.. all normal.

Just double uterus lining coming out and it’s usally called  a blood clot no need for worry
