TMI: pimple situation

So I’ve had a pimple/zit right above my clit for about a week now and it doesn’t seem to be getting any smaller. I’ve had other zits like it in the past near my vagina but they’d go away after a few days but this one is too stubborn! 😭 is there anything I can do besides just cleaning the area with soap and water? Help ya girl out pleaseeeeee 😰
