Pain 3 months after c section

Hey all!

I hope your babies and you are all doing well!! I have a question for those moms who had a C-section or C-section and that had preeclampsia.. I’m 3.5 months out from my emergency c section. I have been having like cramping and some sharp pain where my incision site is. This is my first baby and I’m not sure if this is normal. I also start having pain when I started working and lifting my patients.. is anyone experiencing cramping or pain? (I haven’t started my period)
