Problems after miscarriage

Just want my cycles to get back to normal!! I had an early mc in January and I still haven't had a proper period since. My opks have been near positive for over 2 weeks now. I thought I had faint lines on hpts but they haven't gotten any darker so they must have been indents. I just have no idea where I'm at I just want to get back trying again normally 😩 did anyone else have this much trouble after their miscarriage?
