Butt cramps???
Sooo i have these sharp shooting pains that come out of nowhere and they literally start from my butt and shoot up towards my pelvic area. It’s to the point where it hurts to sit while I’m cramping. I’m 5w3d is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
