Hiii! I'm curious if anyone has sleep apnea and either doesn't have a CPAP or is really bad at wearing it at night?? I am 5'5" and 130 diagnosed with central sleep apnea (brain doesn't send a signal to breath at night) and I'm nervous the episodes of not breathing at night has an harmful effect on the baby! my doctor said that logistically yeah it doesn't sound good but there hasn't been much, if any, effect on the baby of a women with sleep apnea?
