Just don’t know anymore

So this app says I’m 8 days late, my other app says I’m 3 days late. Took 3 tests and they are all negative. Went to the doc yesterday due to feeling like crap over a cold and they tested me too and it was also negative. I started thinking what could make me late & I found out that my anxiety med Wellbutrin can and has caused women to miss their periods and actually cause them not have one anymore. So idk what to think anymore. Maybe I’m not pregnant. Suggestions?
