You have up to ten minutes to read the results of these tests. If you see something, it could be indent or it could be a line that's so faint it doesn't show up in pictures. Try again in two days and see if it pops up in 3 minutes and if you see a line that's faint, give it another 7 minutes.

These were from August and those were at the 10 minute mark.
