I took mine at night. I got all the symptoms of early pregnancy, unfortunately failed 4 rounds  and was referred to RE

I took it at night and the only side effect I had was major hot flashes.

I take mine in the morning. 50mg. I haven’t noticed really any symptoms. A little headache really.
