I’m confused lmao
Hello all! So, I’m sorry if this will be a longer post but I would really like to get some feedback from you.
A few months ago, I was eating RIDICULOUS amounts of sugar and then in January when I got my period, my cramps were so bad that I threw up. I’m a singer so I can’t have stomach acid touching my vocal cords hahahaha. So then I was like “alright well, my cramps are way worse whenever I eat crappy.” So after that I went on a strict no sugar, no unhealthy food diet.
February came around and I got my period, this time I felt worse and threw up twice and I had finished eating spicy food a few hours before so my throat wasn’t happy.
I am currently awaiting my new period. For pms, I have been breaking out, pooping a bit more, I’m a little emotional but not as much (but I think that may be bc I’m on anti anxiety meds now hehe), and i CANT STOP EATING. I’ve been munching on healthy things but my appetite is crazy. The past two months I was getting cramps a few days before my period, something that’s never happened. And this month, I haven’t gotten those early cramps or sore, swollen boobs. As mentioned earlier, I started new medication within the month too. And I’m supposed to start taking birth control the Sunday after I start my period...
My period was supposed to come yesterday, and I know it’s only a day so I shouldn’t be freaking out but I haven’t had symptoms and I read somewhere that a woman cut out sugar and she didn’t get her period for two months. I’m just wondering if everything above is a cocktail for my cycle. 🙄 I also weighed 112 last month and within this mo the, my weight dropped to 105 so I’m probably just answering my own q?😅😅
