Is it 10 movements every hour. or 10 movements in an hour once a day?

How far along are u? At 28 weeks I start kick counting and my doctor said 10 kicks / movements every 2 hours approx .

My dr told me to do it starting at 30 weeks and to do it at night, after dinner.. to lay down for an hour, and you should get 6 movement in an hour or 10 movements in two hours.

My Dr told me 2-3 active periods a day with 10 noticeable movements each active periods (it doesn't have to be kicks specifically) starting at 28-30 weeks. Babies go through long sleep periods in the belly so you won't get active periods all day, especially if you're busy, the movement can lull them to sleep.
