Advice please
Hey any useful tips to help feeling boiling hot all the time, trapped gas, being very light headed, Constantly feeling sick and wanting to sleep all of the time?
I’m 9 weeks and had a variation of these symptoms that have stopped me from being at work and enjoying or partaking in any social activities.
Tried medication, a fan, eating little And often and naps. I still feel horrendous.
Do I just need to accept that I can’t do anything and admit defeat??
Mentally I’m over the moon and ridiculously excited to meet my little one. I am mentally exhausted and upset about not being able to enjoy the pregnancy yet though. Anyone else being hit hard with feeling rotten? Xx
