Do you sleep with your husband?

I’m a light sleeper and my husband sleeps in a different room than me most of the time. His alarm is earlier than mine and he is a loud person in the mornings. We still have a great sex life and marriage, I’m just curious to see how many different couples do this? I’ve talked to some friends who do it too. I get such a good nights sleep since doing it! We have a two year old and one on the way so I need all the rest I can get.

I read that Helena Bonham Carter and her husband Tim Burton have separate but adjoining apartments and they say it contributed to their happy marriage and child rearing. I think everyone should do what’s makes sense for them and not forget to consider themselves as individuals. You might be married but you’re still YOU and your partner has they’re own identity, that should be respected.

I used to be a 'can't not sleep with my man' type of gal. Then my husband started working away 8 days at a time, omg the space, the comfort!

My bf snores really loud so sometimes we sleep in different rooms and he wakes up really early and I don’t. I’m also a light sleeper. Different strokes for different folks

We do whatever. Sometimes we sleep together, other times if someone is sick or just can't sleep we sleep in separate rooms. Whatever works for you is all that matters!

My hubby to be works out of town 2 weeks and home a week. While I love having him home and next to me, I hate to admit I love sprawling out in the bed. (Especially being pregnant. It helps to have the whole bed when you're constipated.)

After being married for almost 4 years, I’d say do what makes both of you happy! I still sleep next to my husband but with our two dogs who sleep in our queen size bed with us, some nights I get so hot and fed up I go into the guest bedroom. Your sleep and sanity is more important than traditional standards.
