Needing encouragement.
I am 5’2” and 168 lbs. I’ve decided I am sick and tired of being unhealthy and want to lose all this extra weight. I have underdeveloped lungs and asthma so cardio exercises are very difficult for me to do. I’m trying to focus on diet and do some walking as much as I can. Any suggestions on foods or exercises I might be able to do?!
