Fetal Movements

Baby girl has been very active this whole pregnancy... never had to do kick counts because she moves so much and so often. Well the past couple days her movements have been smaller, farther apart, and for shorter periods of time when they do happen. I had an appointment yesterday and she passed her NST but didn't pass the biophysical profile so we were sent to the hospital for an additional hour of monitoring. heart rate was fine and she moved enough to satisfy them so we got to go home right away. But today, I just feel she isn't moving as much as she normally does. I'm not sure if I'm just paranoid or if I should make a call to my doctors office? I did kick counts and she got 10 in less than an hour but it was like one kick every 2 or 3 minutes as opposed to her normal solid 10 or 15 minutes of activity. She is very low and engaged already so I'm sure that makes a difference but should it make this much a difference?? (ftm here.)
