Well today my heart sank as I noticed bleeding when I used the bathroom and this is around the time my period should have been but I tested positive 2 weeks ago and have been having all the symptoms I went to the hospital and they said it could just be early and it’s getting my body ready to carry a baby or it could be the end of a miscarriage because my levels are low and to have my ob check my levels and I don’t have a appointment until the 12th I just want thoughts and experiences if anyone has went through a period and still been pregnant just curious if there’s even the slightest hope that I didn’t miscarry because that’s all that I’m having is bleeding like I’m on my period
