Weight loss
I'm trying to lose weight and get fit and back in shape, but I'm just spinning circles at this point. my weight isn't going anywhere but up, and I'm not gaining any more muscle or losing any chub. I'm eating healthier, drinking lots of water, exercising regularly, everything I can think of, but nothing is changing. I've been doing this for 3 weeks and literally all that happened was I gained 5 pounds.
Is there something wrong? Am I just unlucky? Am I just doing it wrong? I don't have a heckin clue anymore, but I'm desperate to get back into shape and get back to a healthy weight rage. I need help and advice, please!
