Ovulating after giving birth????

3/14/18 that’s 10 days ago. I was 22 weeks. I took a pregnancy test and ovulation test to see where my body is at now.(not ttc or having sex right now)Im still bleeding a lil but my ovulation test says im ovulating while the pregnancy test doesn’t show any hcg left. Does the ovulation test really mean I’m ovulating 10 days after giving birth to my son???
