Am I pregnant or symptom spotting?!

I am 5 or 6 DPO and I have mentioned already I am extremely tired legit cannot get enough sleep. Nauseous a little heartburn/acid reflux, some weird pain in my side, lower back pain and just now my gums started bleeding out of no where! I need this tww to end because I am loosing my mind haha
