Tender??

Question

I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow. I'm feeling my little man move at this point but I've noticed while touching my belly there are alot of tender areas.. is this normal? First baby, just curious!

this is my second, I had no tenderness with my first but with this baby I'm very tender at the bottom of my belly where the baby sits. I can't have anything touching the bottom of my stomach or I feel really uncomfortable.
