please tell me it's okay...

I was 5 weeks and 5 days. this is my ultrasound. they couldn't see anything but the sack and the yolk sac. I see others a few days further on with a heart beat and all. but mine didn't? should I be worried or is it just early days? I'm so scared and not sure what to think at this point?? Has anyone else been through this or going through? please make me feel better before I break down 😭😭
