Seizures and pregnancy

I have been taking topirimate(topamax) for my epilepsy since i was 14 i am now 27 TTC. My OB recently has assured me that i should not change medications in pregnancy. I take 25 mg twice daily. I used to take 400 mg daily and they tapered me down to the lowest dose. I also take a pre natal and extra folic acid.

Has any one been on this medication pregnant and or breastfeeding?? Or know anyone who has?
