To those of you who were underweight pre pregnancy, how much weight have you gained by second trimester?

I am 17.2 weeks pregnant and have gained a whopping 13lbs. I was 97lbs pre pregnancy and now weigh 110lb. In my first trimester, (despite throwing up 4-5× a day and still throwing up now), I gained 6lbs.

I was 110 before I got pregnant. I gained 12lbs and I am 18 weeks. I am happy with that.

I was 108lbs at my first check up which was at 4 weeks... I'm now 27 week's and weigh 127lbs... 4th pregnancy! With my last baby  I started about the same weight and ended at 143lbs.

I didn't gain anything before my second trimester. I weighed 94 before pregnancy and got up to 120 when I delivered.

I was about 110 pre-pregnancy, and my doctor said to gain 25-35 by the end. I’d say you are on track! When you are lean, it’s healthy to gain weight during pregnancy. Just make sure you eating foods with high nutritional value and not junk food (or limit that 😉)
