Headache nauseous period 2days late

So I'm very sad. I've been having the implantation cramps a week before my cycle (6/26). Tummy been feeling very wierd for the last 2wks. Period was due 7/5. I started light spotting 7/6 in the evening only to see small traces of a light period 7/7 I'm so distraught with headaches, nauseous I don't know what to do??sigh been ttc for 2months. So discouraged now .
