Sensitive nipples

Hey ladies! So question for y’all. Did any of you have sensitive nipples when pregnant. I’m only 3 dpo so I find it hard to believe that implantation took place already. But my nipples SO sensitive I can’t even touch them. I don’t have sensitive nipples ever! Helllppp ladies
