Exercise & diet advice

Hi everyone! I am trying to lose weight and get fit, and I’m struggling with it. Could use the help!

I’m not trying to make big changes. Right now I’m 135 lb, healthy for my height at 5’4”. I would like to get back to 125, before college and becoming an office cog!

I’m trying to slim down visually too. I know when you work out, you can gain weight and it can look bigger. I’m just trying to get over that.

I hit the gym twice a week and I cut out carbs from my lunch. Any advice on if I should do more exercise or diet changes? Slow but surely.
