I got a positive LH ovulation test result of 2 dark lines. That is a positive ovulation test.. I did get a random period after not getting one for a year and the test was 2 weeks after. Does that mean I ovulated even on Nexplanon..? And does this mean my boyfriend could've gotten me pregnant..? I thought you were not supposed to ovulate on Nexplanon.. Also, 2 weeks ago I randomly threw up. I also passed out. For the past week my nipples have been more sore than ever. For the past 5 days I have had extreme chills, like I cannot stay warm enough and am shivering. I got very nauseous after eating. Now I have cramps. I also have extreme fatigue and am crabbier than usual. I hope I am just getting a Cold, but never ever felt this before.. Is there a chance I could be pregnant or had a miscarriage or something..? I am on vacation with my family and boyfriend for another 7 days on a cruise and I asked all around, there are no pregnancy tests on the boat.
