Me and hubby have been trying but no luck...

Me and my Hubby just celebrated our 4 year anniversary...and have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years...well late last year earlier this year I was told I had an abnormal pap and was told it could lead to cervical cancer and I've been absolutely terrified...so I guess we should maybe lay off on the baby til this is all taken care of...but I wondered if there is anything special anyone did that helped them conceive
