Any success stories with Endo and PCOS?

Question

So I finally had an ultrasound done as my OB GYN wanted to check for cysts before my laparoscopy to have Endo removed for a second time. My ovaries clearly showed signs of PCOS. Blood works were ordered and showed PCOS signs and will only be able to see my dr on the 23rd of April. TTC for a year with no luck. Hoping to hear about someone who was able to conceive with having both Endo and PCOs?

I have both! And it’s not impossible, that’s where my mind went while trying to conceive so I went in feb and had surgery for the ENDO and PCOS! He had us try on our own after that for 3 months and when nothing happened he began clomid, and first round we got pregnant! It doesn’t happen to some but we were so excited!! And then 8 months after I had my son, I was late on my period and tested and it came back dark positive right away, so what my dr has said sometimes having children can change your body. Mine did and I conceived naturally.  
Just don’t ever give up, as much as possible don’t stress to much about it, and just believe it will happen for you. I wish you all the best, and baby dust to you.
