Can never sleep
6 weeks in and I’m having worse sleep problems then ever. Sleep has always been difficult for me but before I had children I was able to function fairly well with out it. Now with a 5yr old that always sneaks into my bed and has night terrors it’s just exhausting my 4yr old is actually a very good sleeper so I’m lucky there but with my inability to sleep at a decent hr then finally being able to fall asleep then being woken up several times a night returning my 5yr old to bed or calming her from a bad dream almost every single night some times more than once has been really rough now that baby number 3 is coming I need help. How can I get my self to sleep easier and keep my 5yr old in her own bed 😴😴😴
