has anyone ever had round ligament pain?

I'm 11 weeks and started having pain in my right side, along the inside ridge of my right hip and down towards the front of my uterus. it kind of feels very similar to ovulation pain. just wondering if you guys thought this was normal. kind of hurts in my lower back too, same area. .. hoping it goes away soon.

Me too. Once I sneezed and it felt like a knife in my gut. Mostly it’s just been sore/crampy if I get up from a chair too quickly. Annoying!!

I’m 11 weeks and have been having some weird pains too. It’s on the left side where I know the placenta/baby is. It’s like sharp pains that feel like ovulation that run from my hipbone/ovary downwards. Don’t know what it is but I’m assuming it’s normal because I don’t want to start freaking out haha.

Same here! I’m 11W3D and and feeling the same thing. Stretching has been slightly helpful for me. From what I’ve read it just gets worse 😫 as the baby and uterus continues to grow it still puts that pressure and pulling on the round ligament.

It’s most common on the right and the second trimester, I’m only about 10 weeks and started to feel it. When I sneeze I am frozen for a second it’s so painful 😖
