Make up tips?

Question

I’m trying to fill in my eyebrows and maybe do some basic eye makeup. 
Is it okay if I use dark eyeshadow to fill them? Also what’s the process of filling them in?
I’ve tried YouTube but so many have different ways. I just want basic... also for the eyes I knows there concealer but do I need that ?

Yeah just make sure it’s close to your hair color. I actually use NYX eyebrow powder pencil. It’s super easy. You essentially draw it on your eyebrow and brush your brows into the shape you want. It takes no special skill set at all.

Dark eyeshadow is fine. Just make sure it’s not too dark, I’d recommend going a shade lighter. It’s hard to explain but I start off by brushing the hairs upwards with a spooly and fill the bottom portion in. After that I brush the hairs downwards and fill the top portion in. And then I clean up all around with concealer.

It could work..
But most of the time it turns out patchy and flaky and doesn’t look nice 💕
