Confused...??? No period, BFN 6 weeks after MC

I had a miscarriage on February 14. Had to take pills to assist with passing remaining tissue a week later. A week after that, bleeding stopped completely and by March 3, doctor told me that my hormones were back to normal and I could continue trying as there was no medical reason as to why I should have to wait... On 3/9, I had a positive ovulation test. The next day I felt heaviness and some ovulation pain which was accompanied by some VERY Light ovulation spotting (on tp). It’s been 2 weeks, no period and a negative pregnancy test. Not only that, I have no symptoms of a period showing up at all anytime soon, nor any symptoms of potential pregnancy. I’m pretty confused...
